Free
User Accounts vs. Paid User Accounts
Real Estate Agents have two options with
LoanSystems.com. Real Estate Agents can be Free
Users or Paid Users.

Paid User Accounts
provide Real Estate Agents with the same
functionality as a Loan Officer. Paid Users can
receive their own 1003's, Quick App, and Pre-qual Requests,
create Free User Accounts, designate Loan
Processors to process loans, and more.
Free User Accounts
are designed for Real Estate
Agents that don't handle loans. When a Paid User
creates a Free User account, the Free User
receives Instant Loan Referral Links (1003, Quick App, and Pre-qual Requests). Any 1003's, Quick Apps, or Pre-qual Requests |

that
are submitted via these links are received by the Paid User that
created the Free User Account. Free User
Accounts must be created by a Paid User.
The Summary
View
allows the user to view loan activity according
to Loan Officer of Borrower. Clicking on a
Borrower's name from the Summary View opens the
Loan
View,
which provides detailed information about the
loan and allows updates by authorized users. All Loan Officer Accounts are Paid Accounts.
