Password in the fields toward the upper left area of this page.
LoanSystems.com allows everyone involved in a real
estate transaction to track its progress step-by-step, reducing
stress, eliminating phone tag, and facilitating effective
communication. A secure, password-protected environment allows
everyone involved to securely share vital information and
updates, or make important requests.
Escrow Officers, Underwriters, Appraisers, Title
Insurance Agents, and others can be given Free
User Accounts*
by any Paid User. A Free User Account is
automatically granted to the Borrower if the
e-mail address is provided upon submitting the
1003. If the Borrower's e-mail address is not
provided when the 1003 is submitted, or if the
Borrower doesn't have an e-mail address, a Free
User Account can be provided by the Loan
Originator**
at any time.

*Receiving
a Free User Account does not automatically grant
the user access to any loans. With the exception
of the Borrower and the Loan Originator, each
user has to be added as a Principal on a loan in
order to view the loan's details.
The Summary
View
allows the user to view loan activity
according to Borrower.
Clicking on a Borrower's name from the Summary
View opens the Loan
View, which provides detailed information
about the loan and allows updates by authorized
users.
**The
Loan Originator is the Paid User that receives
the 1003, Quick App, or Pre-qual Request when submitted.
