Processor
Accounts
Loan Processor Accounts are designed to provide
immediate access to loans according to Loan Officer or
Borrower. Clicking on a Borrower's name from the Summary
View
opens the Loan
View, which provides detailed
information about the loan and allows updates by
authorized users. If desired, Loan Officers can use the
Instant Notification™ feature to allow their Loan
Processor to be notified when a new 1003, Quick App, or
Pre-qual Request is received. Loans can be exported easily into
most Loan Origination Software programs.
Free User Accounts vs. Paid User Accounts
Loan
Processors are allowed to be designated as Free Users if
their use of LoanSystems.com is solely for the purpose
of tracking and/or updating loan information, but
not for receiving their own 1003's, Quick App, or Pre-qual
Requests. Free User Accounts must be created by
a Paid User.
Loan Processors that wish to receive their own 1003's, Quick App, and Pre-qual Requests
must be designated as Paid Users.
