LoanSystems.com User Accounts fall into two categories - Paid Users and Free Users.

Paid Users
- Paid Users originate loans (receive their own 1003's and Pre-qual Requests) and are provided with a web site by LoanSystems.com.*

Free Users - Free Users submit 1003's or Pre-qual Requests to Paid Users (Loan Originator), or simply view or update loan information (i.e. Loan Processor). Free Users cannot receive their own 1003's or Pre-qual Requests, nor can they set-up a web site with LoanSystems.com.
Free User Accounts must be created by a Paid User.

Notes
Loan Officers $39 Loan Officers are Paid Users. If the Loan Officer's Broker is a user, the fee can be paid by the Broker under a Multiple User Account.
Lenders, Loan Brokers
(No Loan Originating)*
$0 Lenders and Loan Brokers are usually Paid Users. This gives the Lender or Broker the ability to receive their own 1003's and Pre-qual requests, and create new User Accounts.
Lenders and Loan Brokers can also be Free Users if their use of LoanSystems.com is solely for the purpose of tracking loans, and not for receiving their own 1003's and Pre-qual requests.

If the Real Estate Broker or Agent wishes to receive their own 1003's and Pre-qual requests, a Paid User Account is required.
Real Estate Brokers, Agents
(Loan Originating)
$39
Borrowers $0 There is no cost to the Borrower to use LoanSystems.com.
Others
(i.e. Escrow, Underwriter, Title, Appraisal, etc.)
$0 All others use LoanSystems.com for free, but they must be added by a Paid User.

*Users must provide their own domain name to set-up a web site with LoanSystems.com.

**No Loan Originating means that the User does not receive 1003's or Pre-qual Requests, nor can they create new User Accounts. An example would be a Real Estate Agent whose Loan Officer adds them as a Free User. When the Free User Account is created, the Real Estate Agent is granted access to view the progress of loans that they are involved in. The Real Estate Agent also receives custom 1003 and Pre-qual Request links, which can be used on their web site or sent to clients by e-mail. But when new 1003's or Pre-qual Requests are submitted using these links, the 1003's and Pre-qual Requests are received by the Paid User that created the account. If the Real Estate Agent wishes to receive his own 1003's and Pre-qual Requests, a Paid User Account is required.

***Loan Originating means to receive one's own 1003's or Pre-qual Requests and either personally process the loans or designate who will receive and process the loans. Paid Users can also create other LoanSystems.com User Accounts.

LoanSystems.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  If a Loan Officer's Broker sets up a Multiple User Account, the Loan Officer will no longer pay a usage fee.  If a Loan Broker notifies LoanSystems.com of his or her intention to discontinue use of LoanSystems.com, each Loan Officer that was added as a User by this Broker will be offered the option to continue using the service for the standard Loan Officer usage fee.
