The following information will help acquaint you with LoanSystems.com.

1.  View the Demo

If you have not yet viewed the Demo, it is a great place to start.  The Demo provides a brief overview of LoanSystems.com's various features and provides screen views and explanations of many of LoanSystems.com's pages.

2.  Set-up Your Web site

If you already have a web site, you'll want to place your new 1003 and Pre-qual links on it.

if you don"t have a web site, you can set one up right away.  You have the option using one of our great domain names together with your personal name or company name.  You can acquire your own domain name.

If you want to use one of our domain names, simply logon to the Control Panel to get started.

If you wish to obtain your own domain name, select "Domain Name Services" from the LoanSystems.com homepage.  It's fast, simple.

From there, simply select a web site design and customize your site with your photo and logo, and text on your homepage, Loan Services page, Testimonials page, and Valued Partners page.  Your 1003, Pre-qual Request form, and Question form are accessible from every page of your web site.

3.  Create User Accounts

A. Logon and go to User Manager. This is where you'll create User Accounts for everyone that needs to view or update your loans.

B. One of the first User Accounts that you will want to create is for your Loan Processor.  Loan Processor Accounts are Free User Accounts, unless the Loan Processor wishes to originate their own loans.  If you have more than one Loan Processor, you can create a User Account for each one of them.

C. You'll then want to create User Accounts for others that you work with.  Paid Users can create User Accounts for Lenders, Brokers, Loan Officers, Loan Processors, Real Estate Agents, and others.  Free Accounts should be created for those that will only access or update loan information.  Paid User Accounts can be created for others that will originate loans (i.e. Loan Officers, etc.).

D.
When Paid User Accounts are created, the new user will be able to create his own User Accounts as you did.

4.  Create Instant Loan Referral Links

A. Each time you create a Free User Account for your real estate business associates, LoanSystems.com automatically e-mails them their Instant Loan Referral Links with instructions on how to place them on their computer desktop (able to be opened directly from their computer screen) and on their web site, if they have one.

B.
When these links are used to submit a 1003 or Pre-qual Request, they are forwarded directly to your User Account or to those you designate (Loan Processor, etc.).

D. Paid Users can view all Instant Loan Referral Links associated with their account by going to
"My Loan Links" on the navigation menu after logging on.

5.  Instant Notification

Instant Notification allows Paid Users to be notified the moment a new 1003 or Pre-qual Request is submitted. Instant Notification allows the user to designate how they wish to be notified. LoanSystems.com can be used to send instant pager, cell phone, or e-mail notifications. If desired, the Paid User can designate others to be notified as well (i.e. Loan Processor, etc.).

6.  Learn how to create 1003's and Pre-quals
