Instant
Loan Referral Links
When
a Paid User creates a Free User Account, LoanSystems.com automatically e-mails
the new user their own Instant Loan Referral Links. These links can be placed on the new user's computer desktop,
web site or sent to clients via e-mail.
When the Instant
Loan Referral Links
are clicked on, they
open an online 1003, Quick App, or Pre-qual Request Form in the user's Internet browser
(Internet connected is required). When submitted,
the 1003's and Pre-qual Requests go directly to the User
Account of the user that
created the links and/or their designee (i.e. Loan Processor,
etc.). The Paid User can also see which user the 1003, Quick App, or
Pre-qual Request is associated with.
Paid Users can view all Instant
Loan Referral Links
associated with their User Account by going to
"My Loan Links" on the menu bar after logging
on.
Free Users can view their Instant
Loan Referral Links
by
going to their personalized
"My
Loan Links" on the menu bar after logging on. This page lists their
1003, Quick App, and Pre-qual Request Form links
and provides instructions on how to place these on their
computer desktop or on their website.
Question
Form
The
Question Form is accessible from
every page of your web site and allows visitors to your web
site to send you a question. They are requested to
provide their name, telephone number, e-mail address, best
time to contact, and question. When their question is
submitted, you have the option of being notified immediately,
through LoanSystem.com's Instant Notification
feature (discussed below.
Instant
Notification™
Instant Notification
allows Paid Users to be notified the moment a new 1003, Quick App,
Pre-qual Request, or Question is submitted. Instant Notification
allows the user to designate how they wish to be notified. LoanSystems.com
can be used to send instant pager,
cell phone, or e-mail notifications. If desired, the
Paid User can designate others to be notified as
well (i.e. Loan Processor, etc.). This feature sends the borrower's name, telephone number, and
type of application, allowing you to make immediate contact!
Pagers and cell phones must be text enabled to receive
this notification. Contact your service provider
for more details.
ActivePDF
1003's
ActivePDF 1003's allow you and your clients to fill out an actual 1003
form online, then print for signature. 1003's can be
retrieved and completed at any time.
This feature will save you countless hours! To
preview an ActivePDF 1003, click
here.
The 1003 also is provided in an HTML format. To
preview an HTML 1003, click
here.
For
users that don't have the time for a complete 1003,
LoanSystems.com provides the Quick App. The
Quick App requests only the essential information to get
started, but is viewable as a full 1003 when you log on.
In this way you can complete the remaining details later.
Customers may wish to complete the more user-friendly Quick App,
but Loan Originators can then open them as an actual
1003 and print for signature. To preview a Quick App,

here.
Automated
Functions
LoanSystems.com was designed to maximize your
productivity without requiring you to learn a
complex new computer program. It's
user-friendly, secure, and accessible
wherever a computer with Internet access is
found.
LoanSystems.com was designed to automatically
perform numerous important tasks independent of
the user. For example, when an existing user
creates a new User Account, an e-mail message is automatically
sent to the new user to welcome them and explain
how to log on and begin using LoanSystems.com.
When a Borrower completes a 1003, if they
provide their e-mail address, a Free User
Account is automatically created and the
Borrower automatically receives access to view
their loan's progress. The E-mail Manager;
1003, Quick App, and Pre-qual Request Links; and Instant
Notification features will make LoanSystems.com
one of your most valued and efficient business tools.
If the Borrower's e-mail address is provided upon
submitting the 1003, a Free User Account is
automatically created for the Borrower. The
Borrower is sent a welcome message with
instructions on how to view their loan's
progress. The last four digits
of the Borrower's Social Security Number are assigned as
their temporary password. This Free User
Account
allows the Borrower to view the progress of the
loan each step of the way and communicate with
all involved parties. If the
Borrower's e-mail address is not provided upon
submitting the 1003, or if the Borrower doesn't
have an e-mail address, a user account can be
provided by the Loan Officer at any time.
When a new Free User Account is created, the new user is
automatically e-mailed Instant Loan Referral Links (1003, Quick App, and Pre-qual
Request Form links), and provided with instructions as to how to place these links on
their desktop or on their website.
Secure, Encrypted Access
At LoanSystems.com, protecting your privacy and your data are
top priorities. The two most important factors that
provide for your privacy and the security of your information
are our use of 128-bit SSL
encryption anytime you're logged on, and our critical
selection of the most secure data center available to
host our data.
The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server
authentication, message integrity, and optional client
authentication for a TCP/IP connection. SSL comes in two
strengths, 40-bit and 128-bit, which refer to the length of
the "session key" generated by every encrypted
transaction. The longer the key, the more difficult it
is to break the encryption code. 128-bit encrypted
messages are 309,485,009,821,345,068,724,781,056 times harder
to break than 40-bit messages. Thus, it would take the
same technology used to crack the RSA 40-bit message 1
trillion x 1 trillion years to crack a 128-bit message.
That's several trillion times longer than the age of the
Earth.
LoanSystems.com uses the 128-bit encryption, the strongest
encryption available, regardless of browser version, assuring
users that their information cannot be intercepted or
decrypted by anyone other than the intended recipient.
Four Access Levels
There are four Access Levels for LoanSystems.com
users. This feature was designed to provide the needed access to certain key users,
while protecting delicate information from other users that
have no need to view certain loan details. The four Access Levels are as follows:
- Access Level
1
Paid Users (Loan Originators) and
Loan Processors. This Access Level allows the user to create
Free and Paid User Accounts, update all loan information, add Principals
to loans, update notes, send e-mail messages, and view cancellation explanations.
Access Level 1 users also are provided with Management
Tools (Contact Manager, Calendar, To Do List).
- Access Level
2
Lenders, Brokers, and Real Estate Agents
that have Free User Accounts (No Loan
Originating). This Access Level allows the user to view all loan
info, add Principals to loans, update notes, send e-mail
messages, and view
cancellation explanations. Access Level 2 users also
are provided with Management Tools (Contact Manager,
Calendar, To Do List).
- Access Level 3
All other Free Users (Escrow
Officers, Underwriters, Title Agents, Appraisers, etc.).
Their Access Level allows the user to
view only the top three sections of the Loan View (Principals, Borrowers
Info, Notes), update notes, and send e-mail messages.
- Access Level 4
Borrowers. When Borrowers logon to LoanSystems.com, they are taken directly to the Loan View.
This Access Level allows the user to view all loan info, update
notes, send e-mail messages, and view
cancellation explanations.

Summary
View
The Summary View lists the names of all Borrowers
together with the status and amount of each of their loans
within the designated time frame. The default display is
the All Active view, 30-day view, but loans can also be viewed
in 60-day, 90-day, 6-month, or 1-year views. Borrowers
can be viewed individually or according to Loan Officer, Real
Estate Agent, or in alphabetical order, dependent upon the
type of user that is viewing the Summary View.
To view a Sample Summary
View, select one of the following sample Summary
Views: Lender,
Loan
Broker,
Real
Estate Broker
(No Loan Processing), Loan

The Summary View has seven useful columns that show the status
of each loan. Dates indicate when a loan moved to the
respective step. The seven columns are as follows:
| Active
Loans* |
File
Opened |
Escrow
Opened |

is cancelled, users with Access Levels 1, 2, and 4 can
view an explanation by clicking the date in the
"Cancelled" column.

Loan
View
The
Loan View provides details about the Borrower and the
loan. The Loan View is also where authorized users
update the loan's details and progress. To get to the
Loan View, a user must click on the Borrower's name from the
Summary View.
To view a Sample Loan View, select one of the
following sample Loan Views: Lender,
Loan
Broker,
Real
Estate Broker
(No Loan Processing), Loan
Officer,
Real
Estate Agent,
Other.
The
Loan View has five main sections, and several useful
subsections.
Users are granted access to these sections according to their
Access Level.
The five main sections and their functions are as follows:
- Principals - Principals
are Users that are granted access to a loan.
The Lender, Loan Broker, Loan Officer, Real Estate
Agent, or Borrower can add principals to their
loans. E-mail messages can be sent by clicking
the name of the Principal. This section
contains the E-mail Manager, which allows e-mails to
be sent to several or all Principals.
- Borrower's
Information - This section contains the Borrower's name, address, contact information, and
the address of the subject property.
- Notes - This
section functions like a Bulletin Board.
Principals can post notes (messages) which can then
be viewed by others involved in the loan.
Notes can also be edited, or removed if necessary.
- Loan Details*** - This
section contains all of the pertinent details on the
loan. Sensitive information, such as Social
Security Numbers, does not appear on the Loan View.
- Loan Progress*** - This
section details the actual steps and dates as the
loan moves through escrow. Check marks (
)
indicate that the corresponding action has taken
place, or the condition has been met.
***Loan Details and
Loan Progress sections can only be viewed by the
Lender, Broker, Loan Processor, Borrower, and Loan
Originator.
1003
Export & Import
1003’s and Loan View data use Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter®
3.0 or 3.2 File Formats, allowing users to export loan
information into most Loan Origination Programs. Loan
information can also be imported into LoanSystems.com from
most Loan Origination Programs. This feature makes
LoanSystems.com the perfect companion for offline Loan
Origination Programs.
LoanSystems.com allows several 1003's to be imported or
exported simultaneously, if desired. New users can
quickly place their existing loans into LoanSystems.com by
using the import feature.
Web
site Manager
The LoanSystems.com Web site Manager allows you to
manage your LoanSystems.com web site. You designate or
change your web site design simply by selecting the
corresponding template. You upload your photo and logo,
and your text to the Homepage, Loan Services Page,
Testimonials Page, and Valued Partners Page. Best of
all, you can change your template as often as you like, and
new designs will be frequently made available.
User
Manager
Paid Users have access to an intuitive User Manager.
The User
Manager allows Paid Users and Loan Processors to view, create,
or edit User Accounts. Paid Account Lenders and Brokers can
add Loan Officers via the User Manager. Any Paid User can
create Free User Accounts via the User Manager.
Paid User Accounts are for Users that
originate loans (receive their own 1003's, Quick Apps, and Pre-qual Requests).
More information is provide below under "How
Much?"
Paid Users are typically Lenders, Brokers, and Loan Officers.
Real Estate Agents and Processors that wish to originate loans
(receive their own 1003's, Quick Apps, and Pre-qual Requests) are required
to be Paid Users.
Free User Accounts are for Users that will submit 1003's, Quick Apps, or
Pre-qual Requests to a Paid User (Loan Originator), or Users
that only wish to view or update loan information (i.e. Loan
Processor). Free Users cannot receive their own 1003's, Quick Apps, or
Pre-qual Requests. Free
User Accounts must be created by a Paid User (usually a
Lender, Broker, or Loan Officer).
Free Users are typically Borrowers,
Real Estate Agents, Title Agents, Escrow Officers,
Underwriters, and Processors. Free Users can view loan
information once the 1003 is imported into LoanSystems.com.
Loan Processors with Free User Accounts have the same Access Level
as Loan Officers, but they cannot receive their own 1003's, Quick Apps, or
Pre-qual Requests.
Lenders and Brokers can have Free User Accounts if their use
of LoanSystems.com is solely for the purpose of tracking
loans, and not for receiving their own 1003's and Pre-qual
requests. Loan Officers do not have this option.
Note: Creating a User Account does not automatically
grant the user access to any loans. With the exception of the
Borrower and the Loan Originator, each user has to be added as
a Principal on a loan in order to view the loan's details.
E-mail Manager
The E-mail Manager makes it easy for everyone
involved in the loan to communicate with one another.
Messages with attachments can easily be sent to one or all
parties involved in the loan. The E-mail Manager can be
accessed from the Loan View. If desired, messages can
also be placed in the Notes section of the Loan View.
My
Loan Links Page
Each
LoanSystems.com User Account is provided with a personalized "My Loan Links".
This page provides links
to the user's Instant Loan Referral Links for easy access
and placement on their computer desktop or web site.
View Sample My Loan Links Page.
When
a new Free User Account is created, LoanSystems.com automatically e-mails
the
new user their own Instant Loan Referral Links. These links can be placed on the new user's computer desktop,
web site or sent to clients via e-mail.
These links can be found on the user's personalized "My
Loan Links Page". This page lists the new user's
Instant Loan Referral Links and provides instructions on
how to place these links on their computer desktop or web
site.
When
the
Instant Loan Referral Links
are clicked on, they open a 1003, Quick App, or Pre-qual Request Form in the user's Internet browser (Internet
connected is required). When submitted, LoanSystems.com sends these 1003's, Quick Apps, and Pre-qual Requests directly to User Account of
the user that created the links and/or their designee (i.e. Loan Processor,
etc.).
The Paid User can also see which user the 1003, Quick App, or Pre-qual Requests are associated with.
