To import a 1003, you must have a Paid User Account. LoanSystems.com uses
Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter® 3.2 File Format, allowing 1003's to be
imported and exported from most Loan Origination Programs with ease.
Supported Programs the following.
To import a 1003, follow the following
steps:
- Open your Loan Origination Program,
and follow the instructions to export a 1003 using
Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter® 3.2 File Format (*.fnm).
- Remember the file path, or location,
and name of the exported 1003.
- Logon to
LoanSystems.com.
You must logon on as a Paid User.
- Select 1003's from the navigation menu.
- Select Import 1003 from the 1003's
pull-down menu.
- A dialog box will display, enabling
you to enter the path for the 1003, or browse to its location on your
computer.
- Select the exported 1003.
- Click Import.
- To locate the 1003, select New 1003's
from the 1003 option on the navigation menu.
