To export a 1003, you must have a Paid User Account.  LoanSystems.com uses Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter® 3.2 File Format, allowing 1003's to be imported and exported from most Loan Origination Programs with ease. Supported Programs include:
  • Calyx (Point)
  • Contour (Loan Handler)
  • Byte (Qualifier)
  • Genesis
  • Other Loan Origination Programs that use Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter® 3.2 File Format

To export a 1003, follow the following steps:

  1. You must first be logged on as an authorized user.
  2. Select 1003's from the navigation menu.
  3. Select Export 1003 from the 1003's pull-down menu.
  4. A list of all 1003's associated with your User Account will display.
  5. Click on the name of the Borrower whose 1003 you wish to export.
  6. A save dialog box will display in your browser.
  7. You will need to designate the file path, or location, where the exported 1003 will be found. Some Loan Origination Programs will require you to designate a file name for the exported 1003.
  8. Open your Loan Origination Program, and follow the instructions to import the file from the saved location.
